And I'm back. I wish I could say I was just gone for the holidays, but, truth be told, I was getting ready to quit this comic. I've been doing it a long time, and I just didn't think it was really any good anymore. I even had a new comic lined up ready to do. Then I decided to give AMT one last read through, to decide if I really should abandon it or not.

Someone help me, because I liked what I read, enough to change my mind. I'm going to see this story through to the end. It may not be a masterwork, but I like it. That's good enough for me.

That is of course, if anyone remembers you after you die Mr. Codpiece.

Theodore will remember him, if that's any consolation.

Ah, the profoundly sad secret thoughts of the noble class, but don't feel sorry for them, they'll whip you tomorrow just for the fun of it.

Or rather just the inner turmoil of one individual finding his worldview may be unfounded. Although he'll feel better when he's sober and joining in a game of "whip the peasant".

I am also glad that you will be keeping the comic going, for it is brilliant. You are brilliant. No codpieces for you.

That's okay, for I have no cod to put into a piece.

Thank you for the ego boost though.

Wonderful! Yes, do keep it going, because I have only just discovered your comic, and I must know what happens to Ted.

I don't have many webcomics bookmarked, because I am very picky about what I like. Your comic is one of the few I follow and look forward to. You really do tell a great story. It's rare you find a writer with the ability to insert themselves into a story without ruining the story, but you pulled it off.

I'm glad you are going to finish this project, and I will follow you to whatever new project you start.

My secret to self-insertion is to only put the tip in.

Seriously, though, thank you for your support, John. It brightens up my day.

I would've been horribly disappointed to find out this comic had come to an end. This is honestly one of my very favourite webcomics. I love the characters to death and I've reccomended it several friends. I'll definitely follow this comic to its end. I'm so so glad to hear you're continuing it. :)
